Intent to Award

Notice is hereby given by the Key Largo Fire Rescue and Emergency Medical Services District of the intent to award the contract for Phase 8 of the Key Largo Fire Rescue & Emergency Medical Services District Fire Hydrant Installation Project pursuant to ITB No. 19-001 to the following Bidder:  J. A. LaRocco, 101075 Overseas Highway, Key Largo, Florida 33037

The award shall be effective upon approval of the Board of Commissioners at its regular District meeting, which will be

held on November 19, 2018 commencing at 6:00 p.m.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, all persons who are disabled and need special accommodations to participate in these meetings because of that disability should

contact the Chairman, Tony Allen.

Anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the KLFR&EMS District Board with respect to any matter considered at such

meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings and, for

such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
